PANEL HEALTH 

I designed an innovative plug-andplay web application that provides real-time patient information. Panel Health revokes reliance on patient experience experts while delivering a scalable solution for all services, improving health outcomes and reducing costs.  

•Leading cross-functional teams of product designers, developers, business devellopers and external partners.
•Leveraging early prototypes to unveil valuable insights from clients and users.
•Capturing stakeholders’ interest to drive sales and partnerships.
•Delivering a user-friendly, scalable service that streamlines operations for clients. 

SERGAS HOSPITAL PHARMACIES

Orchestrated a groundbreaking alignment initiative across the hospital pharmacies of 14 facilities, dramatically improving patient experience, enhancing patient safety, and increasing treatment adherence.   

•Conducting in-depth research to uncover critical patient and provider needs.
•Promoting cross-institutional learning.
•Elevating pharmacist consultation, boosting value for staff and patients alike.
•Implementing agile service delivery models within existing resource constraints. 

BAYER FOR HEART FAILURE 

Pioneered an early warning system for heart failure; enabling timely medication that reduced hospitalisations and increased survival rates whilst growing prescription rates for Bayer. 
•Deep analysis of patient journey maps and healthcare professional workflows.
•Streamlining a clear roadmap for cardiologists to prescribe Bayer on time.
•Leading and facilitating workshops with designers and healthcare professionals.
